All new starters will receive induction training at the start of their employment to familiarize them with their role and the Firms systems, processes and procedures.
We believe that learning is a continuous process that extends beyond induction. We offer a range of internal and external training to ensure ongoing development. Our annual appraisal and quarterly meeting processes also enable individuals to set both personal and professional development objectives and identify and implement actions to achieve these objectives. We encourage and support individuals in taking responsibility for their development and achieving their goals.
For fee earners and support staff who have a professional qualification which is required by the role they perform the Firm will provide access to training to assist them in meeting their CPD requirements.
The Firm also encourages employees to continue their professional development and further their education and will provide professional qualification support to staff who wish to undertake courses of study and professional qualifications.
