Criminal Duty Solicitor

We are seeking to recruit a Criminal Duty Solicitor with a minimum 2 yrs experience in crime. The right candidate will be comfortable managing crown court casework whilst attending Magistrates Courts in Hampshire. Police station attendances in unsocial hours are available but not mandatory and staff are expected to work remotely where appropriate. Full time preferable. 

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Float Assistant to work across our offices

The ideal candidate will have a good level of Conveyancing experience, together with the ability to run a full caseload.

The ability to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process, experience of using a case management system, good communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.

We are recruiting for the following vacancies in our Wills, Trust & Succession department;

  • 3 years’ PQE Fee Earner at our Bitterne office (Full Time);
  • Experienced Private Client Assistant for our Chandlers Ford office (Full Time); and
  • Experienced Trust Administrator of which the duties will include; managing all trusts to include submitting tax returns for both trusts and estates and dealing with all compliance / registration with HMRC.  Ideally, the candidate will be ATT qualified.  (Full or Part Time)
    • - Setting up and registering trusts with HMRC
    • - Ongoing review and management of trusts  
    • - Submitting trustee tax returns (annual tax returns and also exit and 10 year charges)
    • - Arranging payments to beneficiaries
    • - Arranging for trust assets to be invested by liaising with IFAs
    • - Winding up trusts

Residential Conveyancers – Across the firm

We are looking for experienced Conveyancers (5 PQE) across the firm's office locations.

The ideal candidates must have excellent conveyancing experience, together with the ability to run a full caseload.

The ability to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process, experience of using a case management system, good communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.

Conveyancer– Basingstoke (Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer at the firm's Basingstoke office.

The ideal candidate must have excellent conveyancing experience, together with the ability to run a full caseload.

The ability to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process, experience of using a case management system, good communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.

Residential Conveyancer Locum – All offices

We are now recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer Locum to work across all of our offices.

Due to the locations of our offices, the candidate will need to be prepared to travel.

The ideal candidate must have excellent conveyancing experience, together with the ability to run a full caseload.

The ability to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process, experience of using a case management system, good communication skills.
