Equity Release

Equity release mortgages are a special type of mortgage that are not intended to ever be repaid during your lifetime.

They usually become repayable on death or on the homeowner leaving the property to move into long-term care.  Your lender will require you to get specialist legal advice before you sign up to an equity release mortgage to make sure that you comply with all the terms and conditions of the mortgage, and that the mortgage meets your requirements.

Our experienced lawyers can provide this advice to you both in writing and at a face-to-face meeting.
