Landlords of Residential Property

At Eric Robinson Solicitors we have many years’ experience of advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes.

Whether you are a landlord who needs advice on tenancy agreements, protection of deposits, or on your obligations towards your tenants then we’re here to help. We have specialist dispute resolution lawyers who will help you deal with difficult situations too, such as recovering rent arrears or gaining possession from poor payers, difficult tenants, lodgers or squatters.

Unlike some providers of landlord and tenant services, at Eric Robinson Solicitors a qualified and experienced solicitor will advise and support you throughout. We’re efficient and we’re professional. We also offer a competitive range of fixed fees for our possession claim work starting with standard notices at £80 plus VAT.
