Thomas is a Partner and Head of the Employment and Immigration department at Eric Robinson Solicitors. He qualified in 2009 and joined the firm in 2013.
Thomas acts for employers and employees on matters arising from the workplace. This covers all types of discrimination issues, TUPE regulations, termination issues and Settlement Agreements, bringing/defending Employment Tribunal claims and contractual disputes.
He also advises on non-contentious matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting agreements and policies, advising on changes to terms and conditions and redundancies.
From an employer perspective, Thomas is experienced in advising and assisting a wide range of commercial clients from FT100 companies to small businesses. He provides pragmatic advice suited to the particular situation and seeks to understand quickly the requirements and needs of his clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
Thomas undertakes seminars on a variety of employment topics and now also incorporates Immigration Law into his practice.
