Katie qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and has 7 years’ post-qualification experience. Katie attended Guildford College of Law to study her Legal Practice Course and prior to that attended Southampton Solent University.
Although qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011, Katie has had her own caseload of Residential Property related matters since 2008.
Katie practices in all types of Residential Property work. Prior to working at Eric Robinson Solicitors, Katie was a Social Housing Lawyer acting exclusively for Housing Associations and Charities in relation to their housing stock which was mainly leasehold. Her experience is varied across Residential Property and the types of work undertaken include, Sales, Purchases, Transfers, Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Grant, Release of Covenants, Shared Ownership transactions, Lease Extensions – both Statutory and voluntary, Rights of First Refusal pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and Collective Enfranchisement claims.
