Emma initially started working at Eric Robinson in 2001. Following a short career break in 2010, she re-joined in 2012.
Emma has worked in the Family Department for the majority of her time with the firm. During this time she has undertaken Legal Executive training and worked as a Family Executive from 2013. Emma qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in May 2017, and was given the Senior title shortly thereafter due to her years of experience representing client’s in this area.
Since 2013 Emma has dealt with a range of cases to include separation, divorce, finance, child arrangements, cohabitation agreements, parenting agreements, domestic violence matters.
She have been involved in complex cases involving large businesses and removal of children from the jurisdiction.
