Eric Robinson Solicitors is proud to announce the second and third new appointment to its Dispute Resolution team since the beginning of the year.

Katherine Wagg joins as an Assistant Solicitor having completed her training at Clarke and Son solicitors in Basingstoke where she experienced a wide variety of legal areas with a particular emphasis on Dispute Resolution.

‘I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to specialise in Dispute Resolution at Eric Robinson Solicitors as I enjoy the sharpness needed in the challenge of litigation,’ she says. ‘In my experience, clients appreciate quick settlements to matters they are involved in, so you need to keep things moving at a fast pace to avoid long, protracted negotiations.’

Legal Executive, Emma Dinsdale, is also joining the team with a wealth of experience. Having handled a variety of cases in personal injury and dispute resolution during her career, she predominantly specialises in matters involving property, landlords and tenants.

‘From extensions and boundaries to leases and rent arrears, property is a constant source of disputes,’ she explains. ‘With the economic recovery there has been a noticeable shift in favour of landlords, giving them greater confidence to re-examine leases and terms of business. Eric Robinson Solicitors has a highly respected reputation in the property industry, so I am looking forward to dealing with any problems that will inevitably arise for our clients.’

Katherine and Emma join James Woodhouse who began working at the firm at start of the year and will be managed by Head of Department, Craig Petrie who has been made an Associate to the firm.

‘Eric Robinson Solicitor’s Dispute Resolution team has never been in such a strong position,’ says Craig confidently. ‘We are now poised to take on a lot more work and provide first-class service and a wealth of experience to our clients.’
