He has wide experience of perusing and defending claims through Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, County Courts and the High Court.
In particular Stuart advises businesses on restructures, hiring and firing senior level executives, redundancies, TUPE transfers and usual day-to-day employment issues including grievances, disciplinary action, compromise agreements and flexible working.
