The ideal candidate will have already gained experience as a Conveyancing Assistant and have a good understanding of the Conveyancing process, ability to deal with all aspects of completion work, experience of using a case management system, excellent and accurate audio secretarial skills, good communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to use their initiative.

Junior Level Receptionist – Central Southampton

Providing assistance on reception to our clients both by phone and face-to-face and carrying out general office duties. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and a confident telephone manner. Good keyboard skills would be an advantage. Reception / customer service experience is also desirable.
