Make sure your college is registered as a Sponsor, and can provide the necessary confirmation of your course and fees.

Dependants

We can advise on bringing family members to stay with you during your period of study in the UK. Depending on their nationalities, there may be other visa routes open to them that could provide more flexibility that relying on your Tier 4 visa status.

Working in the UK

Most international students are still allowed to work a limited number of hours per week during their studies. However, the penalties for getting it wrong can be extremely serious. What happens to your right to work if you stop your studies or change course? What happens if you find you need your income to support yourself?
